Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver materials to construction sites and manufacturing locations.
• Plan routes for efficiency and timeliness.
• Perform vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and keep vehicles clean and safe.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and DOT standards.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl as needed.
• Lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Work in varying weather conditions and occasional poor driving conditions.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, peripheral, color vision, and focus adjustment.
• Work in outside weather conditions, occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and poor driving conditions.

License Requirements:

• Valid DOT certification or ability to obtain a valid DOT certification.
• Ability to pass all medical and drug screenings required for DOT certification

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Ability to drive various vehicles safely and operate associated equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
