This role will be working within the Key Accounts team, supporting with candidate delivery, no business development or client work. What You’ll Be Doing Build Real Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Take Control of the Recruitment Process: Manage everything from start to finish, making key placements that change careers and businesses. Drive Business Growth: Use your sales skills to spot new opportunities and grow your client base through outbound calling and pitching Harnham's talent solutions. Close Deals & Earn Big: Master the art of negotiation and close those deals to rack up commissions!
