Overview The purpose of this role is to setup and operate robotic platforms dedicated to high-throughput human sample analysis in a fast-paced GXP environment. Responsibilities Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail to deliver quality and accurate results. Deliver customer satisfaction by listening to and exceeding customer expectations. Work independently and as part of a team, with integrity, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Use and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks to document experiments. Perform routine cleaning, calibrations and verifications of a range of analytical instruments and liquid handling platforms. Daily reagent startup and shutdown of instruments. Troubleshoot errors with quick resolution. Qualifications Basic Minimum Qualifications: Associate of Science degree with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in robotics and/or automation. Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Authorization to work in the country indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Experience with laboratory liquid handler(s) (e.g. Beckman/Hamilton/Tecan) a plus. Experience with Serology (bead-based antibody) and/or Molecular (real time PCR) assays. Experience in instrument validation. Experience in a regulated environment (GxP). Additional Information Position is Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
