SEO Specialist / SEO Manager Location: Tulsa, OK or Remote | Reports to: Media Director At AcrobatAnt, we turn insight into action—and brands into communities that thrive. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist or SEO Manager (title depends on experience) who can combine deep knowledge of traditional SEO best practices with a forward‑looking understanding of how AI‑generated content, SGE (Search Generative Experience), and evolving algorithms are reshaping search. This role will lead or support the strategic development and tactical implementation of SEO strategies that move the needle across visibility, traffic, and performance. Ideal candidates are as comfortable auditing a sitemap as they are identifying schema markup opportunities or optimizing content for search intent. What You’ll Do Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with client goals—integrating both technical and content‑led approaches. Stay current with AI‑driven search trends (AIO), including the impact of Google’s SGE, and translate those insights into adaptive strategies. Conduct in‑depth keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor benchmarking to guide content and optimization planning. Technical SEO Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile responsiveness, core web vitals). Identify and resolve site structure issues, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and other technical barriers to performance. Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO‑related fixes and enhancements. On‑Page & Content Optimization Optimize metadata, headers, internal linking, and content hierarchy across new and existing pages. Provide SEO guidance for blog content, landing pages, and core web pages—ensuring alignment with search intent. Support content teams with SEO briefs that include keywords, tone, structure, and schema recommendations. Monitoring & Reporting Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs to monitor performance and diagnose issues. Create and present SEO performance reports that highlight wins, trends, and opportunities for continued growth. Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics to evaluate success and guide optimization. Work closely with account service, content, development, and media teams to ensure SEO is baked into the foundation of every campaign. Support client presentations and discussions with SEO insights, recommendations, and performance storytelling. Contribute to new business proposals and pitches with SEO POV and opportunity assessments. What You Bring 2–5+ years of SEO experience in an agency or in‑house environment. Strong understanding of on‑page, technical, and AI‑driven SEO practices. Familiarity with modern SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify. Experience conducting audits and developing optimization roadmaps across large, complex websites. Ability to analyze and visualize data to tell a story and drive strategy. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with clients. Curiosity for what’s next in search—and the initiative to stay ahead of it.
